Parmjit held a corporate consulting position for more than 10 years with Deloitte & Touche, working and studying extensively in Europe and North America. She was a project manager, business analyst, and systems analyst for Toronto Dominion Bank, IBM, and American Express. She also worked with government agencies on technology, marketing, and business development projects. Most recently, Parmjit held a senior marketing and management role at ISOPIA, an e-Learning start-up. Her marketing efforts in the first 18 months of its launch contributed to their exceptional sales growth. By the time ISOPIA was acquired by SUN Microsystems, Parmjit had played a key role in building the organization to its rating as one of the top three Learning Management Systems. After the acquisition, Parmjit played a key role in global business development for SUN Microsystems.

Now principal of Montana Ridge, which she founded in 1999 to address marketing needs for the publishing and small/medium sized business sectors, Parmjit combines her extensive internet, film, and information technology experience with dynamic ideas for marketing. She gives relevant advice and gets phenomenal results.
